Mariana Vily

Mariana Vily is an Argentine born-and-raised actress. She started training and performing in her hometown city of Buenos Aires, and relocated to NYC to attend the Evening Conservatory at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting.

Since graduating, Mariana has performed with various companies in the city, including M.A.D Playhouse, INTAR, Theatre East, One Minute Play Festival, Wild Project and Theater Plastique, among others.

Mariana is the writer of a short film, Gaining and Losing, in which she also stars. The story centers around friendship in the context of eating disorder recovery. Gaining and Losing was produced by Besties Make Movies and Mariposa Productions.

Mariana is also a Teaching Artist who received training through Community-Word Project. She is an alumna of the Sojourn Theatre/The CPCP Summer Institute led by Michael Rohd in partnership with The Goodman Theatre. Mariana is currently expanding her skills at the Teaching Artist Training Institute (TATI) learning to work with students on the autism spectrum.
